The main purpose for collecting all this data is to be able to make informed management decisions regarding your e-Learning courses and programs. However, things are never so simple! The challenging part is knowing what data to collect, and how to interpret and use it, in order to effectively plan and manage your training / learning programs.

As part of our quiz / test / survey demos, we have created some examples of the ways that the data can be analyzed, displayed and reported. With the software tools available today, there are many other ways to do this as well!

Click on the titles/links below to view and try the various query tables, reports and charts. To login to the administrative / back-end components of the demos, use username = admin and password = adminpsw.

Quiz Management

The back-end features that are shown in this demonstration include:

• User administration – add, delete, search, sort (click on column title) and export users
• Quiz results query table – detailed data on each quiz taken
• Quiz questions query table – data on each individual quiz question
• Quiz results reports – sorted detail and summary results for each quiz 
• Quiz results charts – an information "dashboard" to allow monitoring of key indicators.

After login, you will be taken to the Users Admin page; use the Tabs at the top of the page to navigate between the different tables and reports. The query tables and reports allow real-time filtering, searching, sorting and exporting of the data.

Diagnostic Tests

The data analysis and reporting features of our diagnostic tests system include:

• Diagnostic tests query table – filter, search, sort (click on column title) and export results
• Diagnostic tests reports – detailed and summary results / statistics for each test; these reports are dynamically searchable and can be printed, or saved as an Excel or Word file.  
• Charts – real-time charts of critical data indicators.

Online Surveys

The data analysis and reporting features for our online survey system include:

• Survey query table – filter, search, sort (click on column title) and export data
• Charts – real-time charts of important survey results.  

All of the data collection, analysis and reporting features are done automatically and in real time. So once they are set up, no additional work is required.
