We have created our own Quiz Management, Tracking and Reporting System. Having your own quiz management system esnures greater security and confidentiality of user data. It also makes it easier to add additional capability and features to meet your organization's specific informational needs.

QuizReporter Quiz Management Prototype Demo

Our prototype demonstration quiz tracking system was built using PHP and MySQL. It has the following user / front-end features:

• Registration: self or by administrator / manager (single or mass import of users).
• Authentication: username and passwords can be checked against a users database table specifically created for the quizzes, or can be checked against any other existing users table.
• Profile management: users can view and update their login and contact information.
• Messaging: quiz administrators can post messages for their users.
• User notes: a database field is available for users to make notes to themselves and for to-do lists.
• Embedded quizzes: any quizzes created by commercial quiz software can be embedded and delivered within our system, with the quiz results and other data being sent to a database.
• Quiz results: each logged in user has access to his/her own quiz results which are searchable and sortable.
